January 9th 2012 - Delay in order sending

Dear Customers,

We wish to inform you that due to the annual stock taking procedure taking place in our store in the days of January 2nd - 5th 2012, a slight delay in shipment of packages will occur this week. This is caused by a large amount of orders placed during the stock taking period.

All orders placed and paid between December 31st 2011 and January 8th 2012 will be sent out between January 9th and 11th 2012. The packages will then reach you within typical delivery time for your country.

All orders placed and paid after January 8th 2012 will also be sent this week.

We will, as always, do our best in order to ensure that you receive your parcel as soon as possible.

We are sorry for the inconveniences and delays and hope for your understanding.

2 - 5 january 2012 - stocktaking

From 2nd to 5th january 2012 takes stocktaking.
All orders that were not shipped on friday (30.11.2011) will be sent after completion of the stocktaking.
