Because of the dynamically developing sale via the Internet as well as your comments, we have introduced hire purchase both in our shop and on the Internet. Now you can buy our products via the hire purchase system “Żagiel” without even coming to the shop.

The minimum number of instalments is 3, the maximum – 24.

The minimum gross amount of credit is 200 PLN, the maximum – 5000 PLN.

Without any certificates from your work place! You only have to fill in the statement about your incomes.

REQUIREMENTS

1.      First, you should present two documents affirming your identity (in the case of a new plastic identity card, you do not have to present a second document) such as:

-          an identity card or a passport

-          another document with a photo (driving licence, health insurance membership card, military ID, company membership card), a pensioner ID or Karta Najlepszego Klienta Żagiel S.A. (The Card of the Best Sail Co. Client).

2.      Second, you should document the source and amount of your incomes. (If you only fill in a statement about your incomes, you will get a credit for products up to 5000 PLN.) Your incomes may come from:

-          a contract of employment – in that case you have to deliver the original of the certificate of income obtained

-          a pension – the original of the last receipt of the pension to be delivered. In the case of a disability pension – an additional copy of a document (a doctor’s judgement or a pensioner ID) stating the time for which the pension has been granted.

-          a pre-pension benefit – a document stating the amount of the benefit granted (a decision or certificate from the organ granting the benefit e.g. ZUS in Poland)

-          your own business (on your own account or in a form of a company/partnership) more

-          agricultural activity more

-          a lease or tenancy of a property belonging to you on the principle of: the property rights, a housing association property right to premises or a house, a perpetual lease right. In this case, you have to deliver following documents: more

After meeting the above-mentioned conditions, you can buy on hire purchase in our shop. But please remember, that your order would be each time separately verified by the creditor’s (the bank’s) system. Thus, it is the creditor, that the final decision on giving the credit on purchase (so-called hire purchase) would depend on. Please, notice, that in the case of a refusal, the system will not give the reason of it. However, in most of the cases, the reason is a  problem with past or current credits, or false information concerning the employment  behind it.

THE COST OF HIRE PURCHASE

The cost of hire purchase offered by Żagiel S.A. (Sail Co.), as in the case of many other hire purchase systems, depends on several factors, which determine the actual annual interest rate (APR). It depends, among other things,  on the length of the credit period, the nominal interest rate, or the other costs borne by the creditor (e.g. preparatory payment). There is no possibility of presenting the values of all of these parameters, as they are different for different kinds of credits.

Example:

If you buy on hire purchase in a Hire Purchase System Żagiel (Sail) a product worth 1000 PLN and take advantage of the special offer “Twój procent” (“Your interest”), taking into consideration the 12-month period of credit and a lack of initial payment, the monthly rate will amount to 94.70 PLN.

Please, remember that the Creditor does not give credit for the cost of delivery. This cost should be paid at the collection of the parcel or as an advance payment into our bank account. In the case the application for a credit is accepted, the fee of 25 PLN is charged for the delivery and collection of the credit contract (it should be paid into the seller’s bank account or at the collection of the parcel with the purchased product).

PROCEDURE

If you would like to buy on hire purchase, please, send us the following information on raty@jbtrading.pl:

-          name

-          surname

-          personal identity number

-          identity card number

-          full address on which you are registered

-          place of employment, Federal Tax Identification Number, telephone number

-          gross amount of your incomes

-          list of product(s) you would like to buy on hire purchase

-          amount of the first payment (but there is no necessity of the first payment)

-          number of instalments

-          name of the shop in which you would like to buy on hire purchase

After we obtain the above-mentioned information, we will begin the preparatory procedure.

1.      After the verification of the personal details and obtaining the consent of the Bank,

2.      we fill in the contract and send it to you.

3.      Next, you should sign the contract and send it back together with the filled in forms of:

-          a certificate of income obtained if you are employed on a contract of employment

-          the company’s documents in the case of leading your own business

-          receipts of a pension in the case of pensioners

4.      and the copy of the documents of identity.

5.      After we receive the signed contract and above-mentioned documents, we pass them to the bank.

6.      After the acceptation of the documents, we send the product to the client.

7.      Finally, the bank sends to the client the accepted contract together with the instalments schedule.
