Prices in EURO. Include taxes. Depend on rate PLN=EUR. Cost can thus differ at the moment of placing the order.

We also ship parcel > 100kg. If you would like to place an order exceeding 100kgs, please contact our sales team.

1. How long does it take to receive the package?
It is a summary of time needed to receive the money and the time of the delivery. When we recieved money, we will immediately send parcel to you (it will takes about 3-5 work days).

2. My bank does not allow international wire transfers. Is there another method of payment?
You may pay for your order using credit card or e-card (comming soon).

3. How will I know that the money has been received and the parcel sent?
As soon as we receive the money we will send an e-mail confirmation or we will make a phone call. After a few days you may expect the parcel.

4. I am not sure how much do I have to pay for the products ordered.
If you are uncertain about the sum of money, please contact us. We are eager to help you anytime. Please mind that cost includes not olny the price of the product but also the price of the delivery.

5. I do not like the product I ordered. Is there is a way to return it and ask for money back?
Yes of course. If you have changed your mind or the product is not quite what you have expected you may send it back in 10 days from the day of receiving the parcel. Products should be untouched (only tested). Please include your name, address, telephone number and your account number.
